It is the magical world we can create out of the ordinary elements that has always driven me towards filmmaking. Each project requires a different approach and I pride myself on being adaptable—this quality is what I believe makes me a reliable and creative partner to directors. Whether it’s Roy Andersson’s static camera style and meticulous blocking or Paolo Sorrentino’s exquisite framing and floating camera movements, I find joy in exploring various techniques as long as they serve the story and contribute to a cohesive narrative.

I hold a Master's degree in Cinematography from Aalto University in Helsinki, complemented with an intensive exchange semester at FAMU, Prague. Currently based in Budapest, Hungary, I travel periodically to Helsinki and Prague.
As part of my training I attended workshops in Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, China and Romania. I also completed a focus puller course, worked briefly at Arri Rental Budapest and worked in various lighting and camera teams on large international productions in Hungary, Finland and the Czech Republic.
My main interests lie in narrative works, where lighting and camera can create unique atmospheres and enhance the storytelling, as well as projects where visuality is key—be it commercials, music videos or dance films. I also have a special place in my heart for documentaries. These experiences have not only made me more attuned to my subjects in front of the camera, but also served as unique opportunities to connect with people in the world around us.
